Terms

The operating terms for the Turnstone managed inventory service and pilot.

Last updated: July 30, 2026

The service

Turnstone.AI provides managed inventory-accuracy software and related operational services. The service helps identify inventory exceptions from connected warehouse systems and hardware; it does not replace your warehouse, safety, quality, or compliance procedures.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, protecting account credentials and device tokens, authorizing users, and using the service in compliance with applicable laws and your internal procedures. Do not use the service to upload unlawful, malicious, or unrelated sensitive information.

Data and assistant outputs

You retain your rights in the warehouse and account data you submit. We may process it only to provide, secure, support, and improve the service as agreed with you. Assistant responses and forecasts are operational aids, not guarantees, professional advice, or evidence that a part is certified or safe to use. You must review them against your own procedures and records.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and secure, but maintenance, hardware, networks, and events outside our control can cause interruptions. We may update the service and these terms as the service develops. Material changes will be communicated through the service or to the account contact.

Pilot terms

Unless a signed order form says otherwise, this pilot has no promise of uninterrupted availability, a particular forecast accuracy, or a regulatory, safety, or quality outcome. The signed customer agreement and any data-processing addendum control if they conflict with this summary.
