The following providers may process customer data to help Turnstone.AI provide, secure, and support the service. Providers only receive the information needed for their stated function and are subject to appropriate contractual and security obligations.

Depending on the feature, this can include account and session information, warehouse records, device events, private part photos, chat questions and bounded site-scoped results, and exception-digest recipient addresses. Provider locations, legal entities, retention settings, and transfer terms must be confirmed in the applicable customer agreement and data-processing addendum.
