How Turnstone handles account, warehouse, device, and service-use information.

Last updated: July 30, 2026

What we process

Turnstone.AI processes the warehouse and account information needed to provide managed inventory accuracy services. This can include contact details, site and inventory records, RFID and computer-vision reads, exception history, and service usage information.

How we use it

We use this information to ingest and reconcile warehouse reads, provide the customer portal and operations service, secure accounts, troubleshoot the service, and communicate about the service. We do not sell customer data or use warehouse data for advertising.

Service providers and assistant processing

We use Supabase for authentication, database, and private file storage; Vercel for hosting and scheduled jobs; Resend for configured exception-digest email; and Anthropic for customer-requested questions in the assistant. Assistant questions and the limited site-scoped inventory context needed to answer them may be sent to Anthropic. The assistant is read-only and is not a source of record or safety, quality, or compliance advice.

Access and retention

Customer data is separated by customer site and access is limited to authorized users and service personnel who need it to operate the service. During the pilot, retention and deletion are handled through an authorized manual process rather than an automatic expiry job. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements, then delete or de-identify it when practical.

Questions and requests

For privacy questions, access, correction, or deletion requests, contact your Turnstone.AI representative. If you are a user of a customer’s deployment, that customer may need to handle the request because it controls the warehouse data submitted to the service.
